We currently ship orders within Australia.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During busy periods, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

General delivery estimates:

- Metro areas: 2–7 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
- Remote areas: delivery may take longer

Please note that these are estimates only and delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout unless free shipping is offered as part of a promotion.

If free shipping is available, it will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

ClearFlow Filtration is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the courier.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our direct control.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- Photos or videos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
